About Marcis Curtis

     With over ten years of hands-on experience in residential carpentry and certification from the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI), Marcis Curtis brings a working knowledge of homes that goes beyond the surface. His construction background allows him to identify areas of concern that others may miss, with a clear focus on structure, function, and longevity.

     After years of working directly on homes, Marcis chose to focus on inspections to offer clients a more informed perspective. His goal is to provide honest, practical insight so people can better understand the condition of a home and make decisions with clarity.

Acer Home Services is based in Maine and works with clients throughout New England. We provide certified home inspections, environmental testing, and noninvasive diagnostics for homeowners, buyers, and sellers. Our process is straightforward, and our reports are built to be clear, useful, and easy to understand.

Our work is guided by experience in the field. By combining certified training with real construction knowledge, we give clients a stronger view of a home’s condition and help them feel more prepared as they move forward.
